We ask that your boat is clean, free of your personal belongings and ready to show. A list of equipment included in the sale is an important first step. In order to receive the highest selling price, it’s a good idea to have all major services completed prior to sale. After this, we shoot HD video and pictures for the listing. You are free to use the boat while it’s listed, but make sure to have your management service keep the boat clean. The first impression is often the most important, and a clean boat is a great place to start. Commission is a industry standard 10%. A standard commission percentage incentivises other brokers to show their clients your boat, versus a listing with a discounted commission. Like any business, we have operating costs and value our knowledge and network highly.
